To Whom It May Concern:
It has been my absolute pleasure to have worked with Mr. David Sargert over the past six years. He is the epitome of professionalism who displays the utmost integrity at all times. We first met in 2002 as our company had entered into a contract to construct the El Monte Sagrado Resort in Taos, New Mexico. This project was advertised to be a five star resort hotel, but was sadly deficient in design, the shell buildings were under construction, the architect, mechanical engineer, and owner’s project manager had been let go, and a vital construction schedule was in jeopardy. To further complicate matters there were several design mistakes and deficiencies which were delaying progress due to the inability to obtain inspections from local code authorities.
At this point Mr. Sargert’s services were engaged by the owner. He immediately addressed the existing design problems, executed the proper designs and contacted the various suppliers necessary to send the various products required to compete each task. It was of particular note to us that not only had we not been able to obtain these products, in many cases we were informed they didn’t exist by the respective suppliers. In all cases David was able to have the items on the jobsite in a matter of days and all problems that had mired the project for lack of design or solution were completed.
However, the significance of his presence and abilities was most realized in the completion and design of the overall facility. He literally, to coin a phrase, made a silk purse out of a sow’s ear. His experience, vision, creativity, and energy drove every facet of construction to an unbelievably rapid completion. On a daily basis he was available to every plasterer, carpenter, plumber and electrician addressing every issue of quality and schedule. He was able to create a complete feature in every area of the project where nothing of measure was designed as if by magic and oversee it’s completion when it seemed impossible.
I cannot say enough about David Sargert and his ability to create something out of nothing, supervise it until completion, and solve all of the inherent problems with ease. The El Monte Sagrado Resort is an unbelievably spectacular site which was made possible totally through the efforts and design of Mr. Sargert. He is truly one of a kind, and the best we have ever worked with. I would recommend him unreservedly for any project, anywhere, anytime.
Sincerely,
Richard Clifton

To Whom it May Concern:
This letter is to share with you my personal working experience with David Sargert, a highly respected and accomplished interior designer and businessman.
Through our shared commitment to the advancement of the profession of professional interior design practice and the quest for knowledge sharing, we met through the New England Chapter of the American Society of Interior Design in the early 1990s. I served with David on the board of directors, worked with him to organize and improve staffing and programs, attended computer software seminars he presented at the national ASID conferences, and watched him grow and develop his firm to include an international clientele.
I have always admired David for his passionate approach to his work, his tenacity in moving forward at all times, and his deep spiritual grounding that has allowed him the benefits of even thinking, perspective and clear priorities.
David’s interior design projects have been published by product manufacturers and the media. His value in the design marketplace continues to be recognized as we all benefit from his big heart and willingness to contribute to others.
I wish him all the best and continue to support his efforts and initiatives.
Kindest regards, Ms. Bonneville is now also the President
